How do I spend points?
You can spend your points by clicking on the ‘Loyalty Points’ button in the navigation while logged into your customer account. Under the Reward section, you can click redeem next to the reward you want to claim!
How much does it cost to join?
It's FREE!!! We want to reward you for being loyal customers - we're not going to charge you for it!!!
Is there a limit to how many order points I can get?
Nope! If you're a regular customer willing to part with your hard earned cash, we're not about to be tight with your points!
Will I keep my points if my order is cancelled or returned?
I'm afraid not as the system automatically removes them but, if we're in error, there's a good chance we're going to drop a few points in your account as an apology.
I’ve made a purchase before I signed up, will my points be added retroactively?
If you have ordered with us before please contact email@example.com and we can add a certain amount of points to your account.
How do I check my points balance?
If you are logged into your Time+Space account, you should see a blue tab on the bottom left hand side of the screen. This shows your current balance - click on it for a more detailed overview.
If a customer spends;
£1 = 10 points
€1 = 9 points
$1 = 8 points
When redeeming points;
200 points = £1
180 points = €1
160 points = $1
> Customers will get 1000 points to sign up.
> Customers need to spend over £30/ €35/ $40 to redeem their points.
